This property lies to the North-West of Woodchurch village on Redbrook Street, an area Kent Design Studio has a number of projects. 

 

The clients brief was to convert an existing newly built garage building into holiday let accommodation to enable them to start a new venture and utilise the outbuildings available to them on site. Proposals also incorporated the conversion of a stable building although the construction work on that project is not yet complete. As part of the proposals, we created a large open plan living / kitchen / dining space to include a ground floor shower room together with two large bedrooms on the first floor. 

 

The finish has been completed to a high standard to allow the client to achieve maximum revenue from the property in rental values.
