This property occupies a generous plot in a rural setting near by to Ashfield Green in Suffolk.

 

Our clients main aim of the brief was to provide a new master suite and address the overall look of the property internally as well as externally.

 

The proposals put forward by Kent Design Studio were for a first floor rear extension, creating a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

 

The re-rendering of the exterior of the property providing a more pleasing aesthetic but also providing much needed thermal qualities that this particular render system provides.

 

Internally oak beams have been incorporated to give a country farm house feel within the newly refurbished kitchen and within the new master suite a feature oak truss left exposed within the vaulted ceiling space.  A Juliet balcony gives reaching views across open countryside to the east.
