Ranters, Linton Hill is a private dwelling situated on a quiet country lane on the outskirts of the pretty village of Linton.

 

Kent Design Studio were approached by the client to completely transform the existing bungalow into a light-filled, contemporary 4-bedroom family home.

 

The brief was to carry out a full renovation of the bungalow including a first floor extension with the addition of large windows surrounding the property taking full advantage of the stunning countryside views. We also altered and extended an existing garage.

 

Contemporary cladding and slate roofing has been added to the exterior to complete the modern look the client desired.
