The Paddock is a replacement dwelling project, a small bungalow occupied the site prior to works starting. 

 

The site lies just outside of Tenterden near Ashford in a prestigious, quiet road. 

 

The client approached Kent Design Studio once they had obtained planning permission, as they required discharge of planning conditions, building control drawings and technical detailing together with an element of on site assistance. 

 

The property has been constructed in a pre fabricated timber frame and finished to a high specification with exposed painted laminated beams adding interest.
